Ms. Druzhinina has served in various churches in the Greater Cleveland area since 1999 as organist, pianist, soprano soloist, and music director at Bedford First Baptist Church in Bedford, Ohio.
She always encourages students to participate in musical ministry according to their ability, in the wide range from participating in the musical part of the service to being recruited as a soloist or choir leader and participating in church concerts.

Christmas Concert committed by Russian Cultural Garden has been videotaped in historical St.Casimir Church with unique interior and acoustic. Natalia Ignasiak,16, sings Polish Carols there. 2020].
As a master of voice production and vocal problem correction, she trains the choir members’ voices and teaches them productive and healthy singing.Participation in music ministry led by Ms.Druzhinina allows students to learn how to perform in front of an audience on an ongoing basis, quickly learn new pieces using their solfeggio skills, develop musical skills and enjoy great music.
Participation in the music service on an ongoing basis brings the participants and their families the joy that the efforts made to study music bring joy to people and the musicians themselves.

Alex Cosma sang A.Adam O, Holy Night in First Baptist Church of Bedford Christmas Service with the choir.
Maya Ciurcel sang A.L.Webber duet Pie Jesu for the recorded service in Fairmount Presbyterian Church. Music Director Dr. Binienda
In 2018 and 2019, Nicholas Oita, Brianna Bogdan, Caprice Trifiro sang solos in Rocky River First Church of Christ Scientist’s concerts.

In 2017 and 2018, Caprice Trifiro, Brianna Bogdan, and Polina Kornyushenko were hired to sing as choir section leaders and soloists. 48 They did a great job singing for Holidays Misses in Holy Family in Parma under conducting of M.Buller.
